MANUFACTURING CAPACITY
Our new factory, covering an area of 2500 square metres, is equipped with two travelling cranes with a lifting capacity of 15 tons each. It is organized and divided into the following areas:
- raw materials inbound area
- manufacturing area
- assembly and testing area
- shipment area
One of the strengths of BCM MECCANICA SRL is its machine shop, operated by a skilled and highly qualified workforce.

Equipment: Huron double spindle head, 360.000 positions front and 360.000 back, tool magazine for 30 tools, DELKEN CNC controlled rotary tables, 800mm x800 mm. |

Equipped with a 4th axis Scotti 350 model, tool magazine for 32 tools, 15000 rpm spindle speed. Optical reference lines for the linear movements and an optical encoder on the rotary table, in order to allow maximum precision in case of thermal expansion. |

Equipped with a tool magazine for 30 tools and ± 90° double spindle head with vertical and horizontal spindle axis.

In order to ensure perfect working operation, the above-mentioned machineries undergo regular maintenance and are continuously updated. Furthermore, all machines are equipped with highest quality tools and toolholders, suitably preset during machine set-up, thereby providing the utmost accuracy in meeting the specification set out in the engineering blueprint. |
